The foreign ministries of the participating member states are negotiating with the Egyptian Foreign Ministry to allow the convoy to reach Gaza.
The great and ancient Egyptian people will welcome the caravan with warmth and hospitality, just as the rest of the Arab peoples welcomed us.
The Egyptian state must understand our struggle and the nature of the peaceful convoy, and we have no intention of disrupting the Egyptian state.
Gaza is suffering the most severe forms of starvation, killing, and displacement in full view of everyone. Countries must facilitate the passage of the convoy to break the siege of Gaza."

"In a crime that is shameful to humanity, the occupation forces have put the last medical facility (Nasser Medical Complex) in the southern Gaza Strip out of service by issuing sweeping evacuation orders in Khan Yunis.
