before he was convicted he was not a serial killer but an alleged serial killer. And only alleged after he was charged. Before that he was a bloke and only those who were touched by him would have given him a label but I doubt they called him a serial killer. After his conviction he became a convicted serial killer I have no idea what you are trying to prove here but you are rapidly heading down a foolish rabbit hole
