THE COURT,
(1) Finds that it has jurisdiction to give theadvisory opinion requested;
(2) Decides to comply with therequest for an advisory opinion;
(3) Is of the opinion that theState of Israel’s continued presence in the Occupied PalestinianTerritory is unlawful;
(4) Is of the opinion that the State ofIsrael is under an obligation to bring to an end its unlawfulpresence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as rapidly aspossible;
(5) Is of the opinion that the State of Israel isunder an obligation to cease immediately all new settlementactivities, and to evacuate all settlers from the OccupiedPalestinian Territory;
(6) Is of the opinion that the State ofIsrael has the obligation to make reparation for the damage caused toall the natural or legal persons concerned in the OccupiedPalestinian Territory;
(7) Is of the opinion that all States areunder an obligation not to recognize as legal the situation arisingfrom the unlawful presence of the State of Israel in the OccupiedPalestinian Territory and not to render aid or assistance inmaintaining the situation created by the continued presence of theState of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory;
(8) Is ofthe opinion that international organizations, including the UnitedNations, are under an obligation not to recognize as legal thesituation arising from the unlawful presence of the State of Israelin the Occupied Palestinian Territory;
(9) Is of the opinionthat the United Nations, and especially the General Assembly, whichrequested this opinion, and the Security Council, should consider theprecise modalities and further action required to bring to an end asrapidly as possible the unlawful presence of the State of Israel inthe Occupied Palestinian Territory.
