As you would say ... "So what"? They deserve it. Israel and jews have a long history of hating and killing people. You seem more concerned that people like me notice than why they notice.

Another comment without any clarification. So much fluff from you. The simple fact remains that an Israeli official is quoted as saying the Queen didn't want Israelis in the palace as, in his words, she viewed them as "terrorists". She made exceptions here and there; Shimon Peres was one such exception. In my opinion, I'd say knighting a former Israeli PM qualifies as an "international occasion", but no doubt you will have some more nitpicking to do there.
