the money for weapons came from Iran. Which Israel did not fund though Obama did.
and guess what / now we get back to Obama. He was the one that did the deal with Qatar to host Hamas and enrich them all by also supporting aid to Qatar
so blame anyone - blame Obama who didn’t actually comprehend enough to understand why Egypt gave the Muslim brotherhood and Hamas the shove
