I think you've misunderstood. The Jewish % of population grew through immigration, until the 50s. Natural population growth amongst those of lower socio-economic status has seen the jewish % of population decline since then. If the lower class is continually subjugated, eventually they will outgrow the others. Ie more non jews in decades to come.
