1. Israel is not an "Occupying Power" of Israel. 2. Hamas invaded and attacked Israel....and has continued to attack Israel with rockets. 3. As the invaded and attacked party, Israel has the right to respond by attacking the invaders. 4. Sadly, innocent civilians were killed, injured and kidnapped by Hamas. 5. Sadly, innocent Gazan civilians now suffer because Hamas members position themselves among the civilian population, in and under schools and in and under hospitals.
