Israel was attacked by Hamas, is still being attacked, daily, by Hezbullah, and was attacked by Iran.
The only relevant question is: Is Israel entitled - obligated - to defend itself?
And the only relevant answer is "yes".
So the 4th generation Australian is asked a question about the merits of this country supporting Middle Eastern wars for Israel, and not only does he not give a relevant answer, he doesn't even mention his home nation.
Kind of sums up the problem. In my world you'd be living in Israel and we wouldn't hear a peep out of your ungrateful gullet.
