Palestine admitted "Millions" of Zionists from 1920s to 1940s. Even gave them citizenship of Palestine - to people like Ben Gurion, Golda Meir, Sharon, Sharmir, Netanyahu's parents.
But the Zionists was NOT happy with just a "National Home" for Jews in Palestine.
