You know an ancient practice amongst the human species was if something like this that had happened, the tribe that caused the first death would of handed over the one's in their own tribe who committed the first Blood, when that didn't happen the leading tribe that ruled them all decided, that law stopped tribes from wiping one another out,
This could of all been avoided if one tribe didn't attack another in the first place, it's too far down the war path now.
It looks like the leading tribe wants all of the first attackers, this law was mandatory.
In other words no stopping it. Unless all of the guilty were handed over.
And the lead tribe was satisfied justice had been served.
things don't change much, unless they change a lot.
