    Doctors without borders work in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, not israel. Israel has a well developed medical system.
    Israel has however bombed and destroyed every Hospital and medical facility in Gaza, all war crimes.

    Israel has murdered several MSF medical staff in Gaza and murdered many family members of their medical staff, whom reside in Gaza.

    Is there anything further I can assist you with in your lack of understanding how Israel targets medical staff in Gaza?
