it is not easy having the most MORAL ARMY IN THE WORLD ... but some threats and black mailing, by mossad, sure helps a lot .. far easier to train mossad in the image of cia (ie as per pompey.. "we lie, we cheat , we steal" ) , than to educate a full army about morality . .
