Most of them are silicone dolls. The ones I've seen anyway. You'd think with all the reported deaths they'd have real stuff to show us. This of a baby supposedly taken from it's dead mother by caesarean.
What with the doctor crushing the "babies" chest, do they even resuscitate newborns like that?, the most obvious no umbilical cord!
