The post was about Israel's right, responsibility and obligation to respond and remove the threat of Jihadi lunatics that have been firing tens of thousands of rockets into Israeli population centers for 20 years. It's pathetic of you to avoid that point and to try and argue whether you are sympathetic or not. Furthermore your sympathy, should there me any, which I actually doubt, is unimportant and not wanted.

Israel left Gaza for peace and received attacks as a response. Furthermore, rather than build an economy and prosperity for their people, Hamas spent your money on embedding themselves underground, using kid slaves to dig miles of tunnels etc., all at the cost of their population whilst Israel gave them work. When you have maniacs you need checkpoints - pretty simple, any fool would understand that, except you.
