    Pallywood propaganda aside, if those "civilians" are also fighters then they are targets.
    Real civilian casualties are an unfortunate consequence of war, and according to those who follow such things the civilian casualty in Gaza even if you take Hamas's over inflated count is low compared to "normal" urban warfare!
