I mean Israel already has its nearest Arab neighbours : Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon (until only recently) on side because they have also had to deal with the scourge of radical Islamists trying to destroy their nationhood. But I say Lebanon only until recently because it was a Christian majority nation until it was overrun by Palestinians (Muslims), Hezbollah in the south and Islamists in the last 50 years to become a Muslim majority country.
