You forgot quite a few steps. Firstly you kicked the original owner out of the house, then you did nothing with the house reducing it to a near wasteland. Then when the original owner came back and offered you half the house, you refused and determined to kill her to her death. The original owner then renovates the place and again offers you half the house as long as you let them peacefully live in the other, again you refuse because you demand the whole house. The owner unable to reason with you then leaves the room you are in and says do with it as you like. You still don't accept your room instead you blow up the room and damage the whole house. When the owner comes into the room to repair it you claim he's stealing from you.
