It's not just suicide bombings inside Israel you refer to, it's the 10,000s of rockets from behind civilians and cilivian centres constantly fired into Israel, their endless funding by other radical and rogue Islamic states like Iran. So... It doesn't leave much else for Bibi or any other responsible leader to do. You would expect your own to put you first and to defend your own.
