"1. Do Palestinians have any of the Universal Human Rights?" ------Yes, but with Universal Human Rights also comes responsibility....the responsibility to not attack, car-ram, suicide-bomb or kidnap your neighbours.

Do Jews have greater rights than everybody else?" -----No, but they do have the right - the obligation - to defend themselves against terrosrist attacks and to respond to ongoing indiscriminate rocket attacks on residential areas....and the right - oblication - to attempt to retrieve the hostages taken illegally by Hamas.
