When Palestinian President Abbas visited China at the invitation of President Xi Jinping in June it was announced that China and Palestine would enter into a strategic partnership. According to a joint statement issued by the two countries China firmly supports establishing an independent Palestinian state with "full sovereignty on the basis of the 1967 borders and with East Jerusalem as its capital". Maybe the BRICS+ Multipolar solution will cut the US hegemon out of the Middle East.
