Thanks. I see what you're referring to. From the 1:43 mark (at 0.25 speed) it seems a bit clearer. There are a couple of emergency vehicles in the background. I wonder if they were positioned there due to advanced warning, which would also help explain the various camera angles all focused on that particular building.
Here is another version showing an explosion on top of the building, which appears to do very little damage. The next explosion is at least 20sec. after that. It's hard to know because of the editing.
