The Basic Law recognizes that “the right to national self-determination in the State of Israel is "UNIQUE to the Jewish People".” (Basic Law § 1(c).) It enshrines principles already recognized in regular legislation that reflect the Jewish character of the state.

ITSUNIQUE TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE!!! That is ONLY JEWS can set Self-Determination.

ITS NOT UNIQUE TO THE ISRAELI PEOPLE!!!
