The greatest danger those hostages face are being taken out of Gaza into egypt and then onwards to syria, lebanon, iran etc how likely is that to occur? Depends on Hamas goal. They have clearly stated they will use them for prisoner swap. But if we remember with Gilad shalit . They swapped 1 soldier for over 1000 prisoners. What will they do with close to 200 hostages?
We might see a house bombed, but indiscriminate bombing of civilians is not part of the Israeli playbook. There's always a reason. A tunnel, military depot, home of a Hamas leader etc.
It is still very much NOT ethnic cleansing and I cant believe you would really think that.
