Gaza has a 400-500km tunnel network. With some of it as deep as 30-40-50 meters underground. I'm pretty sure that if there are ny considerable Hamas forces in Gaza (which I really doubt) - they'd be hiding there. Not in buildings above ground.
Let's see how this ends. I reckon israel will raze Gaza to the ground. Send in the ground troops. And stay indefinitely.
