Yeah, its correct UNGA votes are recommendation ONLY, NOT BINDING.

Furthermore, there was no follow up referendum in Palestine on whether the people wanted to separate into two parts - you know, the part you guys keep repeating about Ukraine holding a referendum to part ways with the USSR?!?

None was held in Palestine. It did not seek the expressed will of the people who lived there.

As such, the Partition of Palestine was illegal; void ab initio (void from the beginning).

There was no Palestinians state. It was British before 1948 and Turkish before World War I. The Jews were there 2,000 years ago so why is 1940s the line in the sand anyway, maybe it belongs to the dinosaurs.
