Compromise on 2 state solution. Been there done that with Arafat and others multiple times. Left Gaza to be managed by Pallies great load of good that did with your billions of dollars that went to terror infrastructure instead of developing the area.
There is no wholesale killing. War is a nasty and horrible thing and we have been driven to the point where we learned that Hamas can not be negotiated with (their covenant actually states that - maybe we should have believed them) and that we must destroy Hamas with as little collateral damage as possible, to protect and also Palestinians- we seem to be doing their and your dirty work for you all... and getting the rap for it. Until you are not Average Joe and try a little harder you'll understand this. There is no compromise against terror and Jihad. It's us (collectively) or them. Get that into your average head.
