Israel will just continue on her present rate of increasing their settlements. The UN has no teeth and they know it, as well as always having the support of the US.
So it seems that they are safe to continue as before until the day the US loses world hegemony. Probably not too far off. Israel will then have to start to negotiate with the Palestinians if they don't want the rest of the ME Arabic people joining hands against them in war.
