They are entitled to state assistance to obtain land and set up businesses, because the land was forcibly taken from their forebears. They are entitled to full rights and equality with any other citizen.

Aborigines have all those entitlements, belatedly and after appalling injustices were perpetrated upon them up until relatively recently. If they were still being treated the way they were last century, we could hardly criticise Israel for crimes against the arabs.
