There have been some very significant developments in this arena .

Because the intent to genocide has been clearly and loudly broadcast from Israels government officials, top to bottom, there is an urgency for the case to be heard before the end of January .
The man who brought the successful ruling against Rwanda has stated that Israeli leaders bragging about their intent , plus the fact the SA;s case is meticulously presented with detail and over 5oo foot notes , that this case is even stronger than the one he won at the ICJ.

Now we have a white house spokesperson weighing in with the stale old line of antisemitism , and trying to smear SA -- a very sure sign that the US is feeling the heat as well for being an undeniable accessory to the crime.
We also have yet another senior Biden appointee resigning over Bidens continued support for the genocide, we have new footage of Israeli soldiers boasting of deliberate targeting of children, we have Israeli foreign minister Katz openly talking about a third world war, we have Iran specifically blaming Israel and the US for the terror attack on it's territory , we have the Jewish US senator Bernie Sanders calling for no more funding to Israel -- all in all it is looking very grim for Bibi , and no amount of lies or trolling is going to change that fact .
Most importantly , we have an admission that Israel has failed in it's military objectives which means that Israel is indeed looking at a serious strategic defeat.

Hamas possess significant force, "Israel" can't eliminate it: W.House

In a statement by the White House national security spokesperson, he stressed that "Israel" is not capable of eliminating the Palestinian Resistance movement, Hamas.

LONDON: Videos of Israeli soldiers openly confessing to targeting Palestinian children have sparked widespread outrage across social media platforms.

In one particularly distressing recording, an Israeli soldier is seen admitting on camera his intention to harm an infant, ultimately resorting to killing a 12-year-old Palestinian girl when unable to locate one.

In the footage circulating on social media, the soldier is heard telling a comrade: “We are looking for babies, but there are no babies left.”

The unseen person off-camera requests clarification, prompting the soldier to respond: “Maybe I killed a girl who was 12 years old, but we are looking for the babies.”

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) has issued a stern call for lawmakers to reject a proposal to send Israel additional military assistance to bolster its assault on Gaza as the Palestinian death toll surpasses 22,000.

On Tuesday, Sanders released a statement calling for “no more U.S. funding for [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu’s illegal and immoral war against the Palestinian people,” saying that Congress should reject the proposed funding bill that would send $10.1 billion in military funding to Israel on top of the billions in military assistance that the U.S. already sends each year.

“The issue we face with Israel-Gaza is not complicated,” Sanders said.

WORLD, Jan. 04 (YPA) – The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will hold its first hearing on Thursday, January 11, to consider the lawsuit filed by the Republic of South Africa against Israel accusing it of crimes of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

Spokesperson of the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Clayson Monyela, said in a post on X that the hearing is scheduled for January 11th in The Hague and will continue until the next day.

He stressed that his country is continuing with its preparations in this regard.

A senior Education Department official resigned Wednesday, citing President Biden's response to the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.

Why it matters: Biden administration appointee Tariq Habash is at least the second official, and the first who's known to be of Palestinian origin, to resign in protest over the U.S. response to the war.

Driving the news: "As a Palestinian-American — in fact, the only Palestinian-American political appointee at the Department of Education — I bring a critical and underrepresented perspective to the ongoing work on equity and justice," said Habash, who worked as a volunteer on Biden's 2020 presidential campaign, in his resignation letter that he shared with media outlets.

    • "But now, the actions of the Biden-Harris Administration have put millions of innocent lives in danger, most immediately for the 2.3 million Palestinian civilians living in Gaza who remain under continuous assault and ethnic cleansing by the Israeli government," added Habash, whose work focused on student loan issues.
