Israel left Gaza and it has been running itself as a country ever since.
How about a non-State's slaughter of civilians? Like the one Hamas enacted and threatens to repeat over and over and over again.. But hey I suppose you expect Israel to bend over and take it forever right?
Gaza may be impoverished only because they squandered billions and billions on keeping their people impoverished and building terror and Jew-killing infrastructure.
