The US aren't currently a signatory to the ICC for obvious reasons. The have no jurisdiction over the ICC but have worked diligently to undermine the ICC authority on numerous occassions.
We have also seen how Israel has used Mossad to blackmail ICC judges into not pursuing prosecutions against Isreal previously.
