Israel has never sought to ethnic cleanse. They are a democratic country with Muslims, Christians, Druze, Palestinians in the government and in all strata of Israeli society.

Before them it was Persian, Assyrian, and Babylonian. Before them it was Judah and Israel under Hebrew Kings. Before them it was Solomon's and King David who reigned over a massive Jewish empire that stretch from Egypt to the Euphrates River. The Jews have always been in the land and are some of the original inhabitants with Abram sojourning there around 2100 BC.
