If they collectively behaved like civil humans (on a collective basis including their leadership), you know like accepting and making peace with their neighbors instead of blowing them to bits, stabbing them and their children with screwdrivers while they sleep, and desiring for those left to be drowned in the sea, then they would prosper.
There's damn good reason why there are walls and fences - and you know it.
