4. Israel does make choices about which weapons to deploy. Some of the weapons they choose are truly evil. DIME and phosphorus incendiaries come to mind. Israel has deliberately chosen to deploy these devices in areas with high civilian populations. Even from within Israel itself, there are calls for the initiation of war crimes investigations.
