The majority of western governments will either say nothing against Israel,or just make token gestures in support of Palestine, because its easier to wipe out a nation than fix the problem and loose the support of the local Jewish community.
why should Israel negotiate a lasting peace?

we should all consider ourselves very lucky that we live in a nation such as Australia
