Ofcourse they not the only warmongering nations.
However, the reality is that they have the biggest fire-power and fully 100% backed by the biggest warmongering nation. USA.
So if we look at it like that.
The rest of the middle east is nowhere in terms of fire-power.
But it's changing.
And it is understandable that Iran doesn't want full blown war now.
But Israel can't wait for another 10 years for a full blown war.
They have to go now.
