On that note they also are happy to put massive sell orders in as they know everyone is pretty much fully invested in this stock. Maybe a few thousand here and there but that is it. The chances of someone coming and buying the 12,000 shares is zero based on the last few months of trading.
Try buying on-market and see how long it takes.
