Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, etc al are rich with oil, but these aren’t the promised land. They used to be called Babylon, Philistine, Assyria, Ammon, Moab, etc. Blessed but not chosen as God’s people. They are the enemy of the Jews.
The true promise land is the land of Israel (Land of Judah) with Jerusalem as the capital city. David & Salomon used to reigned as kings in Jerusalem, they also kept the Mosaic law, like the Jews today. At the end after the great war of Armageddon, the remnant of Jews will accept Jesus as their messiah, then the end will come.
