Iran demonstrated its capabilities in the recent missile strike. A point Matyanov has been constantly pushing is the technology of war. I think his first book was called 'Revolution in military affairs' or something like that. We see much of the world has fully moved into the missile age but the US still has dark ages cold war equipment and no STEM nor the culture to develop modern weapons systems. Kissinger's curse is very real these days. 'To be an enemy of the US is dagerous. To be a friend of America is lethal.
