Agree, AuCu. Some think the intelligence services turned their backs to warnings in the form of "background noise", at least. I fear there will be worse things to come. Recent events in the ME have given indications of the existence of caucasian, English and American accented "Home-grown" Jihadists. They would very be hard to distinguish from normal people.
