Yes, Israel and it's supporters have had an unfortunate history of doing things by complete accident or as part of a misunderstanding. I expect this long list of "accidents" to continue until we are all dragged into war or enough people come to their senses, get sick of the provocation, and put an end to these accidents once and for all. Neither option seems like it will end well.
