You have a country with an unelected Leader/Dictator with links to international terrorism in charge of the UN human rights.
Putting aside major Wars those countries in the past with the worst Human rights records have had similar Leaderships.
Apart from wanting to make such leaderships feel good about themselves is this the message the UN wants to send to the World.

Compromise is part of process but this appears ridiculous.
