if ISS has proven it can play with the big boys surely this stock should be worth $1 a share, incredible intrinsic value at current market prices IMHO.

directors interests seem to be aligned well with their oppies at quite ambhitious excercise prices.

management seems quite loyal with the capital return to shareholders rather than just spending it up at parties and whatnot, these guys seriously mean business.

these days companies like this are unfortunately overlooked. i guess a lot of people are wary of IT but i must say these guys are quite modest.. they simply get the job done, and seem hell bent on increasing shareholder wealth.
