Welker doesn't appear to like the ISS recommendation to VOTE...

Welker doesn't appear to like the ISS recommendation to VOTE AGAINST his group's resolutions on the basis that it doesn't support female leadership.

Funny how none of the known private companies (Vitrinite, Vulcan & Ranger) and public companies (Tonogold and Macarthur Minerals) that he is a director of has NOT ONE FEMALE DIRECTOR on their respective boards.

My mistake...William's wife is a director of the trustee company of Welker's family trust. In fact she has been at all times its sole shareholder and was its sole director from Feb 2014 to June 2022.

Oh the hypocrisy!
