Yes Tower on days like today you sometimes wonder where the market are parking there money ...piss pot little speccies have volume levels ISS can only dream of !

Fair enough this is tightly held by both management and long term holders but any pundit worth there salt would have to think that this is a no brain money maker regardless of a T/O or merger.

If a t/o was to come within the next year , what would the value of this enterprise be i wonder ?

So many contracts held without the value being released to the market makes that equation very difficult !!
