If directors are expecting a remuneration package fitting of their performance, they should should be seeking social security benefits. Directors should be directing ACR into a successful profitable organisation. As we can see, the price indicates what they should be paid. Surely common sense floats! Let us shareholders put the squeeze on the fat cats who are begging our approval! Price has depreciated x% so should they be remunerated accordingly.
