    Yes, I agree. If you look at the history of posts many of us having been advocating similarly for some time.

    Instead of a secretive culture where the woeful performance is hidden and tolerated, we need an open and accountable culture where management is charged with achievable but ambitious goals which are known to all stakeholders including shareholders.

    I voted against directors being re-appointed because they are complicit in allowing management failure because of their own failure to ensure that management is held to account for developing a proper plan and schedule for the development of new products. This should include phases, dates and costs.

    When that's done. a pay rise like the one they gave themselves would be justified.

    If not nothing will change.
