Prior to the patent challenged issue, we hear no one asks the questions which they recently ask here and shareholders enjoy the dividends and special dividends they were awarded.
The R&D process for the drug development is all the same and no need to be declared. ACR, like other companies, did announce when they make success. Diligent investors do their own research on what patents have been lodged and what details of clinical trails they have done, etc. Secret sometime is necessary for running a business and end of the day the right question is whether the board/management team can deliver.
The next judgement day to ACR is the day when the result of their patent appeal announces. Before such date, ACR shall still receive the royalty as much as it has. The current sp reflects the uncertainty which currently still not a certainty.
