Plenty of people have asked the same questions prior to the failure with the patent litigation. I am one of them. Check past posts on this forum.

ACR unfortunately does not "make success" to announce, which means long periods of silence. Lucy Turnbull's Prima Biomed is a good example of a company that makes sure holders are well aware of progress n their development processes (good and bad news)

Some stuff is Commercial In Confidence and should be kept confidential. But it is still possible to hold this in balance with keeping holders up to date as much as possible, and avoid "hiding behind" the need to keep thing secret.

No - royalties are dependent on sales and sales will be impacted by competitors in the market, who can now enter if they wish. Hard to know what the impact on sales might be, but sales and royalties are likely to decrease.
