The generic competitor still can NOT enter the market as long as the appeal by ACR and Eli still going. This is the case of Paragraph IV and ACR and ELi could possibly at least delay at least 30 months, according to the law (http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/Developmen...dNewDrugApplicationANDAGenerics/ucm147166.htm), no matter the final results of such appeal.
